We do not sell or ship physical products. All our services (Design, Branding, Marketing Content) and products (Games, Digital Assets) are delivered entirely online via digital means.

1. Delivery Methods

Since our offerings are digital, "shipping" refers to the electronic delivery of your purchased service or product. We use the following methods:

  • Email Delivery: Final design assets, project files, and reports will be sent to the email address registered with your account or provided during the order process.
  • Direct Download / Platform Access: For games and digital assets, access is granted immediately through our website dashboard or via a secure download link provided upon successful payment.
  • Cloud Collaboration: For large-scale agency projects, we may use shared cloud folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) or project management tools to deliver milestones and final works.

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines vary depending on the type of service purchased:

Graphic Design & Agency Services

Delivery timelines are defined in the specific service agreement or project proposal. typically, initial drafts are delivered within 3-5 business days after we receive all necessary requirements. Final delivery depends on the number of revisions requested.

Online Games & Digital Assets

Instant Delivery. You will receive access to play the game or download the asset immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases of server delays, please allow up to 2 hours.

3. Shipping Costs

There are no shipping charges for any of our services or products. You only pay the agreed-upon price for the service or the listed price of the digital item.

4. International Delivery

As a digital-first studio, our services are available globally. We deliver to clients worldwide without any customs duties, import taxes, or geographic restrictions, provided you have a valid internet connection to access our platform.

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect email address provided by the user.
  • Emails landing in the Spam/Junk folder (please check this first).
  • Technical issues with the payment gateway confirming the transaction.
  • Delays in receiving client feedback or required assets for design projects.
