1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TimeSpaceStudio ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.timespaceworld.com website, our games, and our design agency services.

By accessing the Site or logging in via our authentication services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features (such as game updates, exclusive offers, or client dashboards), you must register an account using our Google Authentication system.

• Accuracy: You agree that the information provided by your Google account (Name/Email) is accurate.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access. We use Supabase and Google OAuth for security, meaning we never see or store your passwords.
• Termination: We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or cancel your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity on our platform.

3. Agency Services (Graphic Design)

If you engage TimeSpaceStudio for digital design or branding services:

• Scope of Work: Services are strictly defined by the package selected (Starter, Growth, Custom) or the specific contract signed.
• Revisions: The number of revisions is limited to what is stated in your selected package. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client is granted exclusive license to the final design assets (Logos, Brand Kits). TimeSpaceStudio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and social media unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
• Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, though we strive to meet all deadlines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, our in-house games (source code, narrative, assets), and the "TimeSpaceStudio" brand are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use (for gaming) or business use (for hiring our agency).

You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, or reverse engineer any part of the Site or our Games without express written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

We use Razorpay and other authorized gateways for processing payments.

• Pricing: Prices for agency services are subject to change without notice.
• Refunds: Please refer to our separate Refund Policy regarding cancellations of design services. Generally, once design work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be added to the final invoice where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or our services.

For Agency Clients: We are not responsible for trademark issues if you fail to register your brand immediately after we deliver the assets.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. TimeSpaceStudio and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
